Thank you for choosing Jaro Gold. We value your satisfaction and confidence in our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to our digital gold investment plans and membership fees.
1. Membership Fee
The one-time membership fee of ₹1,000 paid at the time of registration is non-refundable. This fee covers the administrative costs of processing your registration, setting up your account, and providing access to our platform and services.
2. Cancellation During Cooling-Off Period
You have a right to cancel your investment plan within 7 days of registration (the "cooling-off period") without any penalty. If you cancel during this period:
- Any monthly deposits made will be refunded in full
- The membership fee remains non-refundable
- The cancellation request must be submitted in writing to our customer service
3. Early Termination of Investment Plan
If you choose to terminate your investment plan after the cooling-off period but before completing the 12-month tenure:
- A premature withdrawal fee of 5% will be deducted from your total deposited amount
- No interest or returns will be paid on prematurely terminated plans
- Processing of early termination refunds may take up to 30 business days
4. Completed Investment Plans
Upon successful completion of the 12-month investment plan, you have three redemption options:
- Cash Back: 8.33% return on total deposits, processed within 7 business days
- Gold Voucher: 16.67% return on total deposits, issued within 14 business days
- Travel Package: 16.67% value on total deposits, booking subject to availability
Once a redemption option is selected and processed, it cannot be changed or refunded.
5. Missed Payments
If you miss a monthly payment:
- A grace period of 10 days is provided to make the payment
- After the grace period, a late fee of ₹100 will be charged
- Three consecutive missed payments may result in termination of your investment plan as per the early termination policy
6. Refund Process
To request a refund or termination of your investment plan:
- Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Support' section
- Submit a formal refund request specifying the reason
- Our customer service team will review your request within 7 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used
7. Exceptional Circumstances
In case of exceptional circumstances such as:
- Medical emergencies (with supporting documentation)
- Natural disasters affecting your primary residence
- Death of the account holder
We may, at our discretion, offer more favorable refund terms. Each case will be evaluated individually.
8. Modifications to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. The policy that was in effect at the time of your registration will apply to your refund request.
